I take custom orders for parties, weddings, christenings and all other types of special occasion. 

Prices start from £40 for an 8" sponge cake and I can do all sorts of shapes and sizes. Basic recipes include rich chocolate, warm vanilla, sophisticated coffee, zingy lemon or dense fruit (with or without alcohol!) and I can adjust them to meet most (although not severe) allergies. Where supply meets demand, I use fresh eggs from my own hens and always the best quality ingredients.
