My name is Sally and I love being creative! I've been making cakes for the family for years but gradually started being asked to make them for friends too. The more interest I've had, the more I've enjoyed it because it enables me to explore new ideas and try out new techniques. I have my own flock of chickens who supply me with lots of fresh eggs for the cakes I bake, giving them an extra rich taste and I always use the best quality ingredients: who wants to compromise on a special occasion?

I like to find out about the person (or people) who is/are getting the cake so that I can make something that is very personal and unique to them and the occasion. There's something about a really good cake that makes everyone smile.
