My traditional fruit Christmas cakes are handmade using quality fruit and nuts, a deep layer of marzipan and a generous splash of brandy. However, I can also adapt the recipe to suit your requirements if necessary.

4 different sizes:

         MINI 4" square, (approx 10 servings),

         SMALL 6" round (approx 15 servings),

         STANDARD 8" round  (approx 30 servings)

         LARGE 10" round (approx 45 servings).
